Various municipalities across Ontario, whether large or small, are increasingly concerned with their urban tree environment and many are considering offering to sell tree saplings, at a subsidized price, to resident property owners for planting on their property to improve the streetscape view and the general environment.  OPT will be working closely with the Town of Perth to see if a HOTP program can be implemented in our area.
